Background:
Marcy Hausman graduated from SUNY Albany with a BA in psychology, which prepared her for nothing. The past six years she has spent working in the sometimes humorous field of human services as the Director of a homeless shelter.
In order to preserve her sanity, Marcy began doing stand-up comedy (although sometimes she is tired and sits down) in 2006. Her work, marriage, and other relationships give her a wealth of material for her routines.
This past August, she celebrated her twenty-sixth wedding anniversary to the same man. It should be noted, to her credit, these years were consecutive.
